A - You should call your retail electric provider. Their number is noted on the electric bill or, if you don't know who is your provider, call our Customer Contact Center at 1-888-313-6862 to find out the name and the phone number.

Q - Who can I call to report the street light is out?

Q - Who do I call when the lights go out?

Q - Who do I call to set up new service or transfer service?

A - Call the retail electric provider or competitive retailer of your choice.

Q - Who can I call about constant power outages?

A - You should follow the instructions provided by your retail electric provider. If you don't know who is your provider, call our Customer Contact Center at 1-888-313-6862 to find out the name and the phone number. Once the outage has been investigated, your retail electric provider or an Oncor employee will call you to discuss the problem and possible solutions.
