Q - Why do my lights always blink, who should I call?
A - Typically your lights blink because something makes contact with the electric line serving your area. If this happens often please call the number provided by your retail electric provider to have it investigated.

A - You should call your retail electric provider. Their number is noted on the electric bill or, if you don't know who is your provider, call our Customer Contact Center at 1-888-313-6862 to find out the name and the phone number.

Once the outage has been investigated, your retail electric provider or an Oncor employee will call you to discuss the problem and possible solutions.
