New Construction Management Center (NCMC)

Commercial and residential builders should contact the New Construction Management Center (NCMC) for electric service requests.

The role of NCMC is to assist builders when requesting:

• Electric account numbers (ESI ID)
• Electric service laterals
• Liaison between builder/homeowner for questions pertaining to construction service
• City inspections

When submitting an order, please provide:

• Builder name
• Complete address of site(s)
• Contact telephone number
• Stage of Construction
• Directions, if in rural location, or MAPSCO page
• Temporary and/or permanent account
